 | I would like to extend a warm welcome to the website of the Federation of British International Schools of South East Asia and East Asia (FOBISSEA). Our Federation consists of nearly 30 prestigious British-style international schools in 11 countries across the region delivering education to over 21,000 students. Our aim is to promote excellence, high achievement and good practice amongst the member schools.
Each year FOBISSEA organises a wide range of events and meetings for students and teachers, hosted by our schools. As well as the sporting competitions for various student age groups, known as “the Games”, there is also a very successful annual Music Festival. Teachers and administration staff benefit from in-service training opportunities based in our member schools or at the FOBISSEA Centre for Professional Development in Singapore. Overall, FOBISSEA provides a network for staff, students and parents to meet, exchange ideas and experience, and to introduce high quality schools in the region for local and internationally mobile families and teachers.

FOBISSEA is a non-profit organisation registered with the Registrar of Societies in Singapore. The Federation is managed by an elected Executive Committee consisting of a Chair, two Vice Chairs, a Treasurer and a Secretary.
