Family Liaison Officer

Job Purpose

The Family Liaison Officer will be accountable for managing and implementing a range of family focused programmes for the Regents School Pattaya, creating an informed and involved parent community with high student retention.

 

The Family Liaison Officer will take responsibility ensuring that the Regents School Pattaya is an active and engaged member of the Pattaya and Regional community, resulting in a high level of school pride amongst the student and parent communities.

Measures of Performance

Strategic / Planning

§  Assist with the development and evaluation of family liaison and retention strategies for the school to deliver business goals and enhance relationships with key stakeholders.

§  Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the action plans to deliver family liaison and retention strategies

§  Work with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of the family liaison and retention strategy consistently throughout the school

 

§  Admissions strategy and annual plan is in place

 

Family Communications

§  Provide an exceptional customer focused approach for existing families that follows seamlessly on from the user experience first encountered during the Admissions process.

§  With the Marketing & Communications Manager, create and deliver a first class programme of parent/school communications that are timely and relevant

§  Support and provide guidance for the Parents Association and the Parents and Friends Group

§  Ensure all members of the school community understands and fulfills their family liaison responsibilities

 

§  Increase student retention

§  Increase in word of mouth enquiries

Family Events

§  Create and project manage an annual programme of parent/family events that positions the Regents School Pattaya as the social hub for students, parents and their families.

§  Develop a vibrant parent community of informed and involved parents that support the learning environment at the school.

Community Liaison

§  Create and manage an extensive programme of value added services

§  Seek out appropriate partnership opportunities

§  Develop and build relationships

Brand Management

§  Ensure all Family Liaison activities are on brand and add value to the Regents School Pattaya.

§  Ensure all volunteers supporting the Family Liaison function are fully aware of their responsibilities as school ambassadors and at all times demonstrate associated behaviors 

 

§  Brand compliance

§  Increase in brand recognition

Research and data management

§  Work across the school to ensure the Regents School Pattaya is a data rich organisation

§  Prepare timely reports including both statistics and narrative on Liaison and Retention activities

§  Maintain and analyse data on leaving students and make recommendations for interventions as and when necessary

 

§  Regular reports and analysis
