The Annual FOBISSEA Leadership Conference was held from 31 October - 4 November 2012 in Kuala Lumpur hosted by Alice Smith School. The conference gathers together Heads of Schools and Senior Managers from around the region for educational discussion and debate, the exchange of good ideas and the sharing of best practices. This year the conference was organised in conjunction with EARCOS (East Asian Regional Council of Overseas Schools) in order to widen the range of professional development opportunities available for delegates.
A total of 93 delegates from 37 FOBISSEA schools participated in this event supported by a further 31 exhibitors from educational organisations and suppliers.
In addition to the Leadership Conference a Head’s Business Meeting and the FOBISSEA AGM were also held. These meetings are essential to ensure the smooth running of the wide range of activities and events that FOBISSEA is now offer to students and teachers.
