Dulwich College International (DCI) is seeking applications for a Director of Business Administration / Bursar at its campus in Beijing.

Since its foundation in 2003, DCI has grown into a family of schools embracing the same core values and practices – one College, many campuses. Four international Dulwich Colleges educate over 4,000 students in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou and Seoul.

The Role:

  • Oversee the organisation and efficient running of the non-teaching aspects of the College.
  • Reporting to the Head of College, the successful candidate will be a key member of the College Leadership Team, and will manage a diverse range of functions including finance, administration and human resources management. The role also has oversight of the College grounds, building maintenance, security, revenue generation, health & safety and the coordination of capital and refurbishment projects.

 

  • Lead and participate in group-wide DCI initiatives and work closely with other campuses within the Dulwich group.

 

The Candidate:

 

  • Robust general manager, with in-depth experience in financial management and the ability to manage a broad portfolio with demonstrable record of success, preferably in an educational setting.   

  

  • Strategic thinker; energetic, innovative and adaptable, with strong communication skills and enabling leadership style, able to lead a well established team.

 

  • Champion of new ideas, which continuously improve customer service and the delivery of high quality education.
